Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 22 September 2008 - Aker Solutions has been awarded a contract for the delivery of a complete deepwater marine drilling riser system with buoyancy package and associated equipment from offshore drilling company Atwood Oceanics. Contract value is approximately USD 50 million.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 19 September 2008 - Aker Solutions has been awarded an EPC contract by StatoilHydro for delivery of a subsea template and wellheads to phase one of the Lavrans development, as well as a study for phase two of the project. Value of the initial EPC contract is approximately NOK 50 million.
