Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 17 December 2008 - Leif H. Borge, Executive Vice President & CFO of Aker Solutions ASA has on 16 December 2008 transferred all of his 15 000 shares in Aker Solutions ASA to his wholy owned company BOHASI Invest AS. The transfer has been done at a share price of NOK 38.50, equal to the closing price on Oslo Børs on 15 December 2008. Leif Borge's total shareholding in Aker Solutions ASA has not changed as a consequence of the transaction.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 9 December 2008 - Aker Solutions, through its subsidiary Aker Installation FP AS, has signed a change order to an existing contract with Reliance Industries Ltd, India, for transportation, installation and commissioning of the company's MA-D6 subsea development (2nd phase), including gas export system and production wells. Change order value is approximately USD 235 million.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 28 November 2008 - Aker Solutions today opens a new office in Johannesburg in the Republic of South Africa. The new operation, based within the Microsoft building in Bryanston, will enable the company to offer its full range of engineering and construction capability to the South African market, with primary focus initially on the mining and metals, and the nuclear markets.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 27 November 2008 - Aker Solutions has signed a contract with Subsea 7 to supply steel tube umbilicals for the Troll B gas development in the Norwegian Sea. Contract value is approximately NOK 100 million.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 25 November 2008 - Aker Solutions has signed a contract with EnCana Corporation for the transport and installation of wellhead protection structures on the Deep Panuke development, offshore Nova Scotia, Canada.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 14 November 2008 - Arkema and Aker Solutions have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for global cooperation on marketing of Arkema's proprietary PVC technology. Under the terms of this proposed cooperation, Arkema will provide its proprietary PVC technology and start-up technical services, whilst Aker Solutions will supply process design, engineering and construction services.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 12 November 2008 - Aker Solutions have signed contracts with Murphy Exploration & Production Company - USA (Murphy) to provide subsea trees, control systems and steel tube umbilicals to the company's Gulf of Mexico (GOM) programme. The initial order is worth approximately USD 23 million.

Aker Solutions ASA (OSL:AKVER) 23 October 2008 - Aker Solutions has been awarded a five-year supply agreement from Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB) for supply of subsea production systems equipment and services.
