Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - Effective 1 October 2008, Mr. Paul Overakker will step down as Chairman of the Management Board of the Infrastructure Division. As previously communicated, effective 1 October 2008, the Netherlands activities of the Infrastructure Division will be placed under the leadership of Mr. Gerrit Witzel. Effective 1 October 2008, Mr. Witzel will be a member of the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V. Effective 1 October 2008, Mr. Ton Vaags will step down as the Chairman of the Management Board of the Building Division. Furthermore, Mr. Gradus will step down as a member of the Management Board of the Building Division. Effective 1 October 2008, Mr. Ton Hillen will be responsible for Property Development and Residential Construction and Mr. Bert van der Els will be responsible for Non-residential Construction and Installation Techniques. Mr. Hillen and Mr. Van der Els are appointed as Concern Directors (non statutory) of Heijmans, effective 1 October 2008.
