Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) On the initiative of the Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V. it has been agreed that Mr. Jacques van den Hoven will resign from the Board of management as per 1 October 2008.

The Supervisory Board is grateful to Mr. Van den Hoven for his contribution to the development of the company over a period of nearly 30 years.
