Nordea Awarded "Best Bank In Finland"

Nordea (Finland) Nordea has been awarded "Best Bank in Finland" in Euromoney's Awards for Excellence 2008. Nordea has also won "Best Regional Bank in the Nordics and Baltics" for the second year in a row. Euromoney, a leading international financial services magazine, has been organising the Awards for Excellence competition for several years.

Nordea was awarded best bank in Finland for the sixth time. Euromoney's panel of judges has taken into account volume of business transacted, innovation and leadership, credit ratings, quality of assets and earnings ,efficiency ratios and key performance indicators.

The awards were presented at a ceremony held yesterday at the Brewery in London.
