Entraction Holding AB (STO:24H) Solna, Sweden 29 December 2008. Entraction has signed an agreement with NoiQPoker, which is one of Europe's largest poker operators. NoiQPoker will use Entraction's poker software and join Entracton's poker network. The migration of NoiQPoker's players from iPoker (operated by Playtech) to Entraction will be completed in January 2009.

Pokermambo.com, a joint venture between experienced gaming operator Goalventures and the Spanish sports media company Prime Time Sport, launched on Saturday. Pokermambo.com offers poker in the world's fastest growing open poker network, Entraction, and casino and bingo from Play n' Go through a co-operation with Redbet.

By integrating with a new sophisticated affiliate marketing platform the Income Access, Entraction's partners will be able to seamlessly leverage affiliate marketing to drive traffic to their portals.

The gaming market is expected to show an annual growth of more than 17 per cent in Spain and France and 21 per cent in Italy until 2012. The choice of Madrid is natural as Entraction has many existing partners and interesting discussions with potential partners in Spain.

Bingohuone is the first to launch with a site made especially for bingo players. Bingo complements Entraction's offer and Entraction will actively add more games to its platform going forward.

The deal includes that Entraction provides Entraction's poker platform and access to the fast growing Entraction poker network to Redbet.com. Redbet has been a partner to Entraction since 2005.

Entraction announces that it has signed a deal with DOXXbet to supply them with poker software and access to the Entraction poker network for their new poker venture "DOXXpoker.com". The DOXX Group has more than 14 years' experience of the gambling market operating a chain of betting shops in Eastern Europe.

Entraction announces that it has signed a deal with yet another established poker operator, Bet1128, to supply them with poker software and access to the Entraction poker network. Bet1128 is a successful poker site focusing on the Italian market, and will start the migration to Entraction in August.
