NORECO Stavanger, 24 July 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR), The oil company Noreco increases its guidance for 2008 production by more than 25% to 11,500 - 12,000 barrels of oil equivalents per day.

NORECO Stavanger, 24 July, 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco, OSE:NOR), The oil company Noreco delivered it's best quarterly result ever in Q2 2008, and at the same time enhanced it's balance sheet through acquisitions, share issues and refinancing. Operating revenues were 639 million NOK for the quarter, while the operating result was 466 million NOK. A new record for sale of crude oil was set at 138 USD per barrel in July.

NORECO Stavanger, 9 July 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (OSE:NOR), The share capital increase in Noreco (Norwegian Energy Compnay ASA) announced on 3. juli 2008 has today been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, Noreco`s share capital is NOK 442,969,710.50, divided on 142,893,455 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 3.10. The Articles of Association of Noreco have been revised accordingly.

NORECO Stavanger, 3 July 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco - OSE:NOR), Noreco's oil, gas and NGL production for June 2008 was 12 250 barrels of oil equivalents (boe) per day. The average price achieved in June was 131 US$ per boe. In the beginning of July, Noreco set a new price record for crude oil sales at 138 US$ per barrel.

NORECO Stavanger, 30 June 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (OSE:NOR), The Ipswich exploration well, 1/3 - 11, which is operated by Dong Energy, has shown indications of hydrocarbons. The well is still in operation and further data will have to be collected before any conclusions regarding the presence of movable hydrocarbons can be made. Noreco has a 15 per cent interest in PL 274, together with Dong Energy (operator and 40 per cent), PA Resources (30 per cent) and Revus (15 per cent).

NORECO Stavanger, 30 June 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (OSE:NOR), Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco") offers all 6% Noreco convertible bondholders to convert their bonds to shares whereby accepting bondholders will receive a fixed premium of 7.0% to par value plus accrued interest in cash. Noreco will ensure issuance and registration of the new shares as fast as practically possible after closing the offer. Noreco has received pre-acceptances from bondholders representing NOK162 million of the outstanding NOK 430 million in bonds.

Six of the first seven exploration and appraisal wells have been successful. In parallel, an active infill programme in the producing fields is ongoing to optimise production, says CEO Scott Kerr.
