Songa Offshore SE (OSL:SONG) Songa Offshore has today transferred its total return swap (TRS) with Carnegie Investment Bank AB Norway Branch to Nordea Bank Norge ASA (Nordea). The TRS was renewed or rolled over with Nordea for 2,845,965 shares. The new TRS expires on 19 March 2009.

Songa Offshore has prepared a prospectus dated 8 December 2008 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the listing of 10,600,000 new shares on the Oslo Børs stock exchange, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00, placed in a Private Placement conducted in October 2008 at a subscription price of NOK 25.00 per share, raising total gross proceeds of NOK 265 million.
