Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - Heijmans has made a number of strategic decisions and identified a number of policy spearheads designed to bring the company on track in terms of realizing its Full Potential.

Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - Mr. Ton Hillen and Mr. Bert van der Els will be appointed Concern Directors (non statutory) of Heijmans as of October 1st. Bert van der Els is currently President of the division Heijmans Technical Services (Burgers Ergon). Ton Hillen is currently President of the division Heijmans Property Development.

Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - The Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V. intends to appoint Mr. Gerrit Witzel as a member of the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V. effective 1 October 2008. Mr. Witzel (57 years) possesses extensive and in-depth experience in the civil works contracting sector. Between 1998-2008 he was chairman of the Strukton Groep N.V.'s Executive Board.

Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) On the initiative of the Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V. it has been agreed that Mr. Jacques van den Hoven will resign from the Board of management as per 1 October 2008.

Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) While revenues increased by 2%, Heijmans' profit after tax for the first six months of 2008 dropped to €2 million (1st half 2007: €19 million). Losses incurred by the Building and Infrastructure divisions in the Netherlands and by building and property development activities in Belgium depressed the result. The Property Development and Technical Services divisions in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Franki Grundbau in Germany posted good results. In spite of the poor results, Heijmans amply met its financing ratios at the end of June 2008.

Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) Heijmans N.V. and SPIE Nederland B.V. have reached agreement concerning SPIE Nederland's intended takeover of all shares in Heijmans Industrieservice B.V. (Industrial Services - HIS).

Heijmans NV 's-Hertogenbosch - Heijmans Infrastructure has been commissioned by Alstom Power Nederland to carry out a part of the civil engineering work on Flevocentrale's new power plant in Lelystad. The work includes, among other things, the concrete works, roads, minor steel work and the installation of underground piping. Alstom is constructing the power plant under contract to Electrabel Nederland. The contract with Heijmans is valued at about €30 million.

Heijmans NV New development incorporating historical Waterland character 's-Hertogenbosch - Heijmans is to develop and build 300 homes over the next four years in the new Luijendijk-Zuid district located in the municipality of Landsmeer in North-Holland Province. In mid 2007, the municipality issued a European tender for an integral vision. The entire contract with Heijmans is valued at over €75 million. Work is expected to start at the end of 2008.

Heijmans NV 's-Hertogenbosch - The management of Heijmans Share Administration Trust has announced the intention to call and hold a meeting of depositary receipt holders, which will be held approximately two weeks after the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Heijmans N.V. This EGM will be held in September 2008. Notification and the full agenda with explanations for this meeting of depositary receipt holders will be distributed in good time.

Heijmans NV 's-Hertogenbosch - The Board of Supervisory Directors of Heijmans N.V. intends appointing Mr. Rob van Gelder as Chairman of the Executive Board from 1 July. He succeeds Mr. Guus Hoefsloot, who has decided to relinquish the post. Mr. Van Gelder will exercise the role of chairman for two years. In 2006 he stepped down as Chairman of the Executive Board of Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. on reaching retirement. From 1 July 2008 the Executive Board of Heijmans N.V. will comprise Rob van Gelder (chairman), Jacques van den Hoven and Dick van der Kroft.
