Clean TeQ Holdings Limited (ASX:CLQ) has raised $1.3 million with a placement to two strategic investors which will support key initiatives in the water and resource recovery business units.
The best performing sub-indices for the month were the China Efficiency Index with a 13.0% gain and the China Storage Index with an 11.6% gain. The two weakest sub-indices through August were the China Waste Index which recorded a gain of only 4.5% and the China Water Index recording a gain of 5.5%.
The China CleanTech Index recorded a very strong 8.8% gain in August 2014 and outperformed all of its four benchmarks. The best performing sub-indices for the month were the China Efficiency Index with a 13.0% gain and the China Storage Index with an 11.6% gain.
Clean TeQ Holdings Limited (ASX:CLQ) has further progressed its scandium strategy by shipping a scandium recovery pilot plant to Japan's Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha Ltd (ISK) titanium dioxide facility in Yokkaichi, near Nagoya.
Clean TeQ Holdings Ltd (ASX:CLQ) and Nippon Gas Co Limited (TYO:8174) have agreed to modify the payment terms for Clean TeQ to purchase Nippon's 50% share of the Associated Water Joint Venture and Nippon's 85% share of the Clean World Japan Joint Venture
The best performing sub-indices for the month were the China Hydro Index with a 6.7% gain and the China Efficiency Index with a 1.0% gain. The two weakest sub-indices through July were the China Storage Index which recorded a loss of 7.5% and the China Solar Index recording a loss of 7.3%.
