Karinga Lakes Project Acquisition of Outstanding Minority Joint Venture Interest
Perth, Mar 25, 2014 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Further to the announcement on 20th February 2014 the Agreement for Rum Jungle Resources Ltd (
ASX:RUM) to acquire Reward Minerals Ltd remaining interest in the project has been executed. RUM's holding in the project will be 100% and the consideration for the transfer is $140,000 plus four million ordinary shares in RUM.
