Perth, July 29, 2008 AEST (ABN Newswire) - SAPEX Limited (ASX:SXP) advises that Terrex Seismic resumed recording of seismic data on 27 July 2008 as part of the extensive program commenced in May 2008.

The current seismic activity will consist of 218.85 km to obtain regional data and seek evidence of a southern extension of the Boorthanna Trough.

This part of the survey, which is expected to be completed by mid-August, will complete the program for 2008 for a total of 467.3 km.

During May and early in June, 246.5 km of detailed seismic was recorded over a number of leads and prospects. This data is currently being processed and is expected to be in a form for interpretation early in September.

SAPEX Limited is an energy explorer for oil & gas, coal-seam-gas and potential coal-toliquids in the Arckaringa and St Vincent Basins onshore South Australia.
