TIE: Nominates Mr Drs Erik Honée As Member Of The Supervisory Board

("TIE") listed on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange hereby announces Mr Drs Erik Honée has been nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board. Erik Honée's (50) provides TIE with over twenty years experience as a lawyer and seven years experience as a Merger and Acquisitions advisor. His educational and working background ensures excellent contributions to legal aspects and corporate government as well as (change) management. He's currently director of Merula Participaties and Beleggingen B.V., director of Honee Advocatuur Holding B.V., Chairman of the Complaints Committee Vlietland Hospital (Schiedam, The Netherlands) and invests in multiple companies. The Supervisory Board values Erik Honée's legal expertise and experience on M&A and has therefore adopted the nomination of Erik Honée as a member of the Supervisory Board. All Supervisory Board members, with the exception of Peter van Schaick, are independent within the meaning of best practice provision III.2.2. of the Dutch corporate governance code.
