Befimmo SCA (EBR:BEFI) In accordance with Article 18 of the law of 2 May 2007 and the royal decree of 14 February 2008, Befimmo makes the following announcement:

Befimmo SCA's extraordinary general meeting of 15 December 2008 approved the addition of the following new Article 14 bis to the company's articles of association:

"ARTICLE 14 bis - THRESHOLDS For the application of the legal rules relating to notification of large holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted for trading on a regulated market, over and above the legal thresholds, the company shall apply a statutory threshold of three per cent (3%)."
