NORECO (OSL:NOR) Stavanger, 18 November 2008: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (OSE:NOR), The share capital increase in Noreco announced on 4 November 2008 was yesterday registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, Noreco`s share capital is NOK 444,428,018.70, divided on 143,363,877 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 3.10.
