Changes In Management Structure HL Display (STO:HLB) AB (publ)

HL Display (STO:HLB) Xavier Volpato, Supply Chain Director, takes on a broader role as Head of Operation

HL Display has decided to change the present management structure and separate the CFO role and the role as Production Director. A new role as Head of Operations has been established and will include supply chain and production.

"It is a pleasure to announce that Xavier Volpato has accepted to take on a broader management role as Head of Operations. Xavier brings interesting experiences from Michelin and Valeo concerning factory start up processes in different countries and a solid knowledge about lean production", says Gérard Dubuy. Xavier Volpato is today Supply Chain Director and a member of Group Management since 2007.

Kent Hertzell - today deputy Managing Director and responsible Finance and Production - has decided to terminate his employment with HL Display AB to take on new assignments outside the company.

"Kent has done an excellent job and made substantial contributions to the development of the company. We wish him all the best when he leaves the company to take on new assignments" says HL Display's CEO Gérard Dubuy.

The recruitment process to find a new CFO/Finance Director has started.
