Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT

Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) Lars Jervan has resigned from his position as CEO of Eltek ASA's wholly owned subsidiary Nera Networks AS.

Per Arne Henæs has been acting CEO since Jervan took temporary leave of absence in February 2008, and has now resumed the responsibility as CEO on a permanent basis.
