Oriola-KD Oyj (HEL:OKDBV) Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 13 October 2008 at 8.35 a.m.

Cecilia Marlow M.Sc. (Econ.) (b. 1960) has been appointed Managing Director of Kronans Droghandel AB and a member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team as of 1 November 2008. Current Managing Director of Kronans Droghandel AB and member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team, Birgitta Gunneflo will resign from the company on 1 November 2008.

Cecilia Marlow joined Oriola-KD on 4 August 2008 as Vice President, Retail, Sweden, to prepare Oriola-KD to market condition after the deregulation of the pharmacy monopoly in Sweden and to establish a pharmacy chain in Sweden in 2009.
