I. M. Skaugen SE (OSL:IMSK) I.M. Skaugen SE (IMSK) has completed a Bond Issue managed by Fearnley Fonds ASA. The total amount in the bond issue is NOk 200 million.
The new bond is a 3 year, unsecured fixed rate note with a coupon rate of 10,5% in NOK. The repayment obligation will be swapped to USD. An application will be sent for listing of the Bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Proceeds will be used to finance repurchase of existing bonds with maturity in June 09.
