Delhaize Group (EBR:DELB) Delhaize Group discloses the information required as of September 1, 2008, under article 15, § 1 and 18, § 1 of the Law of May 2, 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies.

* Total outstanding capital: 50,140,253.50 € * Total number of outstanding ordinary shares: 100,280,507 * Total number of future voting rights resulting from the potential conversion of convertible bonds into ordinary shares to be issued: 2,995,630 * Total number of outstanding subscription rights (each right entitles the holder to subscribe to one new ordinary share): 4,526,810

Pursuant to Delhaize Group's Articles of Association, the threshold as from which a shareholding needs to be disclosed has been set at 3 %.
