Handelsbanken (STO:SHBA) Handelsbanken today acquired 185,583 shares in Lokalbanken i Nordsjælland a/s, which comprises 6.87 percent of the share capital.

These shares were acquired as a result of the bid for Lokalbanken i Nordsjælland a/s which Handelsbanken presented in a press release earlier today.
