Oriola-KD Corporation's 1,300,000 A-shares Converted Into B-shares

Oriola-KD Oyj Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 6 June 2008 at 9.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 1,300,000 A-shares have been converted into 1,300,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 5 May 2008. After the conversion there are 48,822,862 A-shares and 93,084,966 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is 141,907,828 and the total number of votes is 1,069,542,206.
