Bâloise Holding, Basel, Switzerland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that its voting rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have fallen below the 15% limit of the voting rights on April 28, 2008 and amount at that day to 14.971% (1,401,000 voting rights). These voting rights are to be attributed to the company to the full extent according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG. The chain of companies which are controlled by Bâloise Holding, Basel, Switzerland, and whose voting rights on Mologen AG are equal or above 3% reads as follows: Bâloise Holding, Basel, Switzerland, holds 100% of the shares and voting rights of Bâloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxemburg. Bâloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxembourg, holds 100% of the shares and voting rights of Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH. Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH holds each 100% of the shares and voting rights of - Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherungs-AG, which holds 9.949% of the voting rights (931,000 voting rights) on Mologen AG and of - Deutscher Ring Sachversicherungs-AG, which holds 5.022% of the voting rights (470,000 voting rights) on Mologen AG.

Bâloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that its voting rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have fallen below the 15% limit of the voting rights on April 28, 2008 and amount at that day to 14,971% (1,401,000 voting rights). These voting rights are to be attributed to the company to the full extent according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG. BASLER Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that its voting rights on Mologen AG ISIN DE0006637200, have fallen below the 15% limit of the voting rights on April 28, 2008 and amount at that day to 14.971% (1,401,000 voting rights). These voting rights are to be attributed to the company to the full extent according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG. The voting rights of the following shareholders, each with a proportion of voting rights on Mologen AG of 3% or above, are to be attributed to Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH: - Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherungs-AG 9.949% (931,000 voting rights) - Deutscher Ring Sachversicherungs-AG 5.022% (470,000 voting rights).
