Western Manganese Limited (ASX:WMN) lodged a prospectus for a one for two non-renounceable entitlements issue to its shareholders to raise up to A$174,890 through the issue of up to 17,489,002 Options to subscribe for fully paid ordinary shares in Western Manganese. The New Options are exercisable at twenty cents each on or before 30 June 2013.
