Hochschild Mining Plc (LON:HOC) are a leading underground precious metals producer focusing on high grade silver and gold deposits in the Americas.

International Minerals Corporation (TSE:IMZ) announced that the Company has signed the definitive joint venture agreement with Hochschild Mining plc (LON:HOC) to fast-track production at the IMZ/Hochschild jointly-owned Inmaculada property in southeastern Peru. Inmaculada is located 25km south of the Pallancata silver mine, which is jointly owned by IMZ (40%) and Hochschild (60%).
