CleanEquity Monaco, the annual invitationonly conference hosts fifty next-generation, international Cleantech companies that will present to senior representatives of the world's investment, construction, political and media industries.

London, England - 20th November 2008. CleanEquity Monaco, the environmental technology conference, will follow the same format as last year's hugely successful event. Up to 50 of the world's most exciting next generation Cleantech companies will present throughout Thursday 19th & Friday 20th March 2009. The conference will commence with the CEO's dinner on Wednesday 18th March. This invitation only annual event integrates the top decision makers, from the international investor, construction and political communities, as well as global media.

On Wednesday 12 November 2008 the Board resolved to grant the Chairman of the Board and the Management of the Company a mandate to engage a financial advisor.
