Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) We are pleased to announce that we have received a Letter of Intent for a time charter of a period of 150 days plus options for the AHTS vessel "Sea Bear" or a sister vessel. The charterer is ENI Oil de Brasil Ltda and area of operation is Brazil. Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) In December 2008 Deep Sea Supply`s AHTS fleet (all 10 AHTS Vessels larger than 12,000 BHP) had an average gross income of approximately USD 40,100 per ship per day compared to USD 46,200 in November.

Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) We are pleased to inform that Deep Sea Supply today has taken delivery of "Sea Witch", a newbuilding PSV from Cochin Shipyard in India. The vessel is a UT 755L Platform Supply Vessel delivered ahead of schedule and on budget.

Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) Kjell Eivind Karlsen, Fleet Manager of Deep Sea Supply, acquired today, 02 December 2008, 100,000 shares in Deep Sea Supply Plc at average price 7,600 per share. Mr. Karlsen has today also sold 75,000 shares at average price 7,412 per share, hence increasing his shareholding in the Company by net 25,000 shares. Mr. Karlsen controls after this acquisition 100,659 shares in the Company.

Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) Anna Cecilie Holst, Board Member of Deep Sea Supply Plc, acquired today, 24 November 2008, 30,000 shares in Deep Sea Supply Plc at price NOK 7,80 per share. Mrs. Holst controls after this acquisition 66,900 shares in the Company.

Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) Pål Aimar Sørensen, Operations Manager of Deep Sea Supply, acquired today, 21 November 2008, 500 shares in Deep Sea Supply Plc at price NOK 7,29 per share. Mr. Sørensen controls after this acquisition 1000 shares in the Company.

Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) Further to announcement by Scan Geophysical ASA ("Scan") dated 20 November 2008, Deep Sea Supply Plc ("DESSC") wishes to clarify that DESSC and Scan entered into an addendum to a previous agreement (the "Agreement") dated June 2006 regarding Scan's purchase of three vessels under construction at the ABG Shipyard.

Deep Sea Supply (OSL:DESSC) Hemen Holding Ltd has extended a TRS agreement that expired November 17, 2008. The TRS agreement has exposure to 3,100,000 underlying shares in Deep Sea Supply. New expiry date is February 17, 2009, and new TRS price is NOK 9.2353.
