Nordea The Baltics now show clear signs of a slowdown, while the outlook still seems bright for Poland and Russia. This creates new opportunities for Nordic companies operating in the region. These are some of the conclusions presented by Nordea's economists in their publication Baltic Rim Outlook.

Nordea Nordea has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to sell its 24.82% holding in NCSD Holding AB (Nordic Central Securities Depository). The shares will be acquired by Euroclear PLC.

Nordea Pursuant to chapter 4, section 9 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) and article 15 of the Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC), Nordea has to disclose the total number of voting rights and total share capital at the end of the calendar month during which a change has occurred. In May 2008 the following changes have occurred.
