Copeinca (OSL:COP) On August 27th, the board and the auditor, approved the figures, which were similar to unaudited figures presented earlier today in Copeinca's second quarter 2008 report.

Copeinca (OSL:COP) Copeinca ASA close to tripled its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization in the first half of 2008 when compared to the same period last year. The significant increase in both revenues and EBITDA is attributable to the Company's acquisition strategy, which has been fully delivered and is already yielding targeted effects.

Copeinca The Comisión Nacional Supervisora de Empresas y Valores (CONASEV) the corresponding supervisor entity, on July 31, 2008 notified Copeinca of the approval of the dual listing of the shares of Copeinca ASA on the Lima Stock Exchange (LSE).

Copeinca Peruvian authorities, on June 28, 2008 resolved to adopt an individual quota system through the passing of the Individual Quota Law, which establishes individual capture limits per vessel for anchovy fishing in Peruvian waters. The individual quota system is set to replace the current Olympic quota fishing system in Peru, presumably within the next two fishing seasons.
