Scandinavian Property Development ASA (OSL:SPD) Kaare Frydenberg will with effect from 1 September 2008 replace Stein Haugbro as CEO of Scandinavian Property Development ASA.

Scandinavian Property Development ASA Scandinavian Property Development (SPDE) is extending their loan agreement with Oslo municipality and Storebrand ASA. The new agreement with Oslo municipality postpones the partial payment due on July 1st 2008 of the property loan at Fornebu until October 1st 2009. SPDE also entered into a contract with Storebrand on a term extension of the property loan attached to the building project in Hundsund at Fornebu from June 30 2008 until December 31st 2009.

This is the second construction project on the Fornebu land itself, after Fornebu Hageby I, where construction was started on May 21st. The project comes in addition to the construction in Rolfsbukta, where the first stage of construction is already completed.

Scandinavian Property Development ASA The Bærum Municipal Council has approved the planning regulation for Fornebu Senter ("Områdesenteret"). The center comprises approx. 24 000 square meters. The next step in the process is draft of the development plan. Scandinavian Property Development (SPDE) expects to start construction of the center at the earliest during the summer of 2009, with planned completion in the summer of 2011.
