NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) (Lysaker, 19. December 2008): The facility management company NEAS has signed an agreement with the Australian company Valad Property Group for management of nine properties of which eight are in Stavanger and one in Oslo.

NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) (Lysaker, 18. December 2008): The facility management company NEAS has signed an agreement with Pitney Bowes Norge AS to take over distribution, warehousing and assembly of Pitney Bowes' office and incidental furniture in Hordaland, including Bergen. The agreement is worth around NOK 10 million over two years.

NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) Lysaker, December 3. 2008: The facility management company NEAS has appointed Eva Aubert as new division director responsible for the business area Operations. Aubert's last position was CEO in Eurest Personalrestauranter where she has achieved strong financial results and solid performance. She will start January 1. 2009.

NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) (Lysaker, 25 November 2008): The Facility Management company NEAS has developed a concept for print, printing and distribution services which is now being established in Bergen in cooperation with OCÉ. Total duration of the agreement is three years and the value is estimated to NOK 5.1 million.

NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) Notice of NEAS` Extra Ordinary General Meeting is enclosed. The meeting will be held at NEAS' headquarter, Granfos Næringspark, Vollsveien 13H, Lysaker (outside Oslo) on 21 November 2008 at 10:00.

NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) (Lysaker, 6 November 2008): Thorbjørn Graarud has been proposed as the new chairman of the Board in NEAS ASA. Graarud will assume the comission from Diderik Schnitler, who has been the chairman of NEAS for 8 years. Mr. Schnitler will continue his duties for the Board and has been proposed as the vice-chairman of the Board. He will also work to ensure a smooth transition within the company.
