TGS-NOPEC (Other OTC: TGSNF.PK) TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA will present the financial results for the 2nd quarter of 2008 on Thursday 7th August, 2008 at 08.30 hrs CET at Hotel Continental, Oslo.

TGS-NOPEC (Other OTC: TGSNF.PK) Asker, June 17th, 2008. TGS refers to its June 4th and 6th releases as well as the presentation slides (especially slides #25 and #26) regarding the merger with Wavefield-Inseis posted from the June 5th annual general meeting of TGS shareholders.

TGS-NOPEC (Other OTC: TGSNF.PK) The 245,000 new shares following the stock option exercises as notified Oslo Stock Exchange on May 22nd 2008 were registered in the Company Register in Brønnøysund, June 6th 2008. The Share Capital of TGS-NOPEC is thereafter 106,439,800 shares at a nominal value of NOK 0.25 per share. Certificate of Registration has been sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
