Marine Harvest ASA (PNFSF.PK) After two years in the company Arne Hjeltnes has resigned as Communication Director and will take up the position as CEO of the Scandinavian communication agency, Creuna. Arne has been central in building Marine Harvest both internally and externally and we thank him for an excellent contribution to the Company. He will be acting Communication Director until a new person is in place. We wish Arne all the best in his new position.

Marine Harvest ASA (PNFSF.PK) Geveran Trading has extended TRS agreements relating to 8 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA which had expiry 4 July 2008. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 8 January 2009. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 4,1527 per share. Geveran Trading's ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension of the TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,079,632,755 shares equating to an ownership of 31.033% of the outstanding shares. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an underlying exposure to 80 million shares.

The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 8 January 2009. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 4.0183 per share. Geveran Trading's ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension of the TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,079,632,755 shares equating to an ownership of 31.033% of the outstanding shares. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an underlying exposure to 80 million shares.

Marine Harvest ASA (PNFSF.PK) We are pleased to announce that Alvaro Jimenez has been appointed to the position of Managing Director for Marine Harvest in Chile and member of the Group Management Team of Marine Harvest. Alvaro Jimenez has acted in the position since April.

Marine Harvest ASA (PNFSF.PK) 26 June 2008 Marine Harvest ASA extended forward contracts in Aker Seafoods ASA relating to 5,800,353 shares, constituting 11.92% of the outstanding shares, at NOK 48.34 per share. The expiration of the new forward contract is 15 January 2009.
