Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) Q4 2008 Harvest Volumes As previously communicated Marine Harvest has a policy of reporting actual harvest volumes shortly after the end of each quarter. The harvest volumes are provided in head on gutted (HOG) equivalents.

Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) 15 January 2008 Marine Harvest has exercised its forward contract on 5,800,531 shares in Aker Seafood at NOK 48.34 per share. Following the transaction, Marine Harvest owns 5,800,531 shares in Aker Seafoods, equating to an ownership of approximately 11.9% of the outstanding shares.

Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) Geveran Trading has extended TRS agreements relating to 21 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA which had expiry 8 January 2009. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 8 July 2009. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 1.335 per share. Geveran Trading's ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension of the TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,079,632,755 shares equating to an ownership of 31.033% of the outstanding shares. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an underlying exposure to 80 million shares.

Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) Geveran Trading has extended TRS agreements relating to 59 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA which had expiry 5 December 2008. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 4 June 2009. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 1.0092 per share. Geveran Trading's ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension of the TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,079,632,755 shares equating to an ownership of 31.033% of the outstanding shares. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an underlying exposure to 80 million shares. Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) In order to further strengthen the Group Management Team (GMT) of Marine Harvest, there will be changes in the structure of the team as of the 1st December. The new Group Management Team will consist of CEO; CFO; Director Corporate Development (from 1st March 2009); Director Group Operations; and Managing Directors for Marine Harvest Norway, Marine Harvest Chile and Marine Harvest VAP Europe.

Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) Over the last few years, we have seen a growing demand for information and attention to the environmental aspects reated to our operations. Our Technical Director, Petter Arnesen, now wishes to focus all his efforts into this area, and as a result of this he will start in a new role as VP Feed & Environment as of the 1st December. He will be responsible for sustainability and environment; feed issues related to this topic, issues related to reputation management; cooperation with NGOs; and coordination of the research and development area. We thank Petter Arnesen for all he has done establishing and leading the Group Technical Department in the start-up phase of the merged Marine Harvest.

Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) (Oslo, November 14th 2008) Marine Harvest ASA reported a financial EBIT of MNOK -1 343 in the third quarter of 2008, compared to MNOK -34 million in the corresponding quarter last year, following the previously announced write downs in Chile. Operational EBIT ended at MNOK 103 in the period. The new business plan for Marine Harvest Chile, with the ambition of reaching break even in 2009, was finalized during the quarter.
