Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) Nera Telcommunications LTD, Singapore (SGX: NeraTel) ("the Company"), 50.1 % owned by Eltek ASA, today announces that the Company has been awarded Orders with an aggregate value of USD13.1 million (approximately NOK 92 million).

Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) The share capital increase resolved by Eltek ASA`s extraordinary general meeting held 19 December 2008 has been registered. The new share capital of Eltek ASA is NOK 299,205,923 divided into 299,205,923 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.0. The new shares may not be traded before the prospectus has been approved by Oslo Børs and made public.

Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) The board of directors of Eltek ("Eltek" or the "Company") resolved on 22 December 2008 to conduct the Subsequent Offering of up to 30 million new shares in Eltek.

Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) Jørgen Larsen, EVP in Eltek ASA (primary insider), has transferred 78 216 shares in Eltek ASA to Eikrun AS, controlled by himself, at a price of NOK 1.50. Following the transaction Jørgen Larsen controls, through Eikrun AS, 395 216 shares, including the shares allocated in the recent private placement, and holds 80 000 stock options.

Eltek ASA (OSL:ELT) Nera Telcommunications LTD, Singapore (SGX: NeraTel) ("the Company"), 50.1 % owned by Eltek ASA, today announces that the Company's associated company, Nera (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has received Purchase Orders from a cellular operator for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Evolution PDH microwave radio equipment.
