Q-Cells SE (FRA:QCE) Bitterfeld-Wolfen, 31 October 2008 - Q-Cells SE (QCE; WKN 555866) confirms its growth forecast for 2009. For next year, the company is targeting a production volume of more than one Gigawattpeak (GWp). Due to the reduced production targets of the silicon supplier Elkem Solar, the agreed deliveries to Q-Cells SE will not be completely achieved. However, additional deliveries have already been secured with other contract partners so that the production objectives for 2009 are not in jeopardy.
